We enjoyed our family stay with beautiful views from our Premier Lagoon View room and the tranquil setting by the beach. The kids loved the meals, especially from the kids menu, which offered tasty options even for the young at heart. we appreciated the spacious rooms and the 24-hour room service that made our stay comfortable.

The facilities showed their age with some maintenance issues.

The stunning views from the lagoon view room were truly a highlight of the stay, offering a serene backdrop that made relaxation easy. The staff, particularly at the reception, were efficient and accommodating, adding a personal touch to our experience. the dining options were quite disappointing, with subpar food quality that fell well below expectations. the noise level was bothersome, as sound carried significantly through the hotel, detracting from an otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Lastly, the pool area lacked sufficient sun loungers, making it tough to find a comfortable spot to unwind.
